Most people spend more time planning a vacation than thinking about the next 20 or 30 years of their lives.
And yet, for many I work with, those upcoming years can become one of life’s most rewarding chapters, offering more freedom, more choice, and more time to focus on what matters most. The lack of thought is rarely due to lack of good intentions. More often, life is simply full: work is demanding, family needs are immediate, and the future feels far enough away to ignore. It is easier to stay busy than to step back and ask larger questions. And weeks like this will pull your attention toward the immediate, from tariffs and inflation to gas prices and food safety after the cyclospora outbreak.
That’s why our work together is about more than money. Life is shaped by obligations, schedules, responsibilities, and being needed – and when that structure changes, it helps to think carefully about what comes next.
“Will I have enough?” is an important question. The articles below may point toward a more personal one: “Enough for what kind of life?”
Let’s talk about it.
