Sean joined the D. M. Brenner team in 2025 as a Paraplanner and Portfolio Administrator. His role includes supporting advisors in the financial planning process, monitoring trading and portfolio operations, and helping implement and maintain client investment strategies. His investment and client service experience, enthusiasm for financial planning, and analytical nature make Sean the ideal addition to the D. M. Brenner team.  

Before joining DM Brenner, Sean worked at Longboard Asset Management as a mutual fund wholesaler, where he partnered with financial advisors and investment committees to discuss asset allocation and portfolio construction. He later joined Redwood Investment Management as an operations associate, managing trading, rebalancing, and account administration. These roles helped shape his investment perspective and affirmed his path toward becoming a financial advisor.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he’s passionate about markets, investing, and financial history. When he’s not reading or writing, you’ll find him watching the Lakers—or, after three years in the desert, finally catching some sun on the beach.
